My grinds did leave a lot to be desired back then, and handles were too thin, but at least the handle was oak.

If my first knife looks half that good I'll call it a success. I like that pattern a lot actually.

I really like the blade shapes.

Though the handles do look a bit slab sided, I like the big rounded butts (I know, …I’m such a chauvinist.)

This had a 6" blade, 1 1/2" tall, and 3/16" thick.
