Blast From The Past

My grinds did leave a lot to be desired back then, :o and handles were too thin, but at least the handle was oak. ;)


If my first knife looks half that good I'll call it a success. I like that pattern a lot actually.
 
John those early designs look great. :thumbup:

I really like the blade shapes. :D :) :D

Though the handles do look a bit slab sided, I like the big rounded butts :eek: (I know, …I’m such a chauvinist.)



Sometimes looking into the past is the best way to approach the future. :cool:

What were the specs on the third one? That one is darn nice, But then they all are. The Nessie looks a lot like my first Nessie from you. It was Oak:D

This had a 6" blade, 1 1/2" tall, and 3/16" thick.
