Blue G10 Native Update.

The spacer is stainless steel on the BF Native, and the Zytel Native will be 440V, hopefully by the end of this year....There is no G-10 Native scheduled....(LESS sku's, people..LESS! Not more...LESS!

!!! 440 on the zytel! Danelle, I must have missed that somewhere in another post. Wow, now one can have an affordable(?) working 440 version and a nice collectable in the BF version. Too much!

Well, no, I didn't exactly expectSpyderco to adda G10 to the line-up. I figured that more along the lines of a pipe-dream, but tossed it in anyway (especially since Sal DID say that there was going to be a prototype <concept> large Native with G10 at the Blade Show). But, I didn't think you'd put the 440V blade in the Zytel handle, since that will drive the cost up on one of your least expensive knives. What I was kinda hoping for was the 440V in the SS handle (an existing SKU), and the Zytel continuing with the GIN-1, or maybe ATS-55.

But, in any case, thanks for answering my questions so promptly. Kinda makes me want to order another BF Native...

I placed my order for a Blue Native and sheath. Now comes the hard part: WAITING for it to arrive. I hope they are still available. Thanks for all the help!

Will there be anymore runs of the SS Natives?

If so, what blade steel?

O_D - Stainless Natives resume shipping early June. Production is not large, so backorder situations will probably exist.
