Blue Paramilitary 2 w/ M390 Back In Stock & Shipping

I was very upset with myself for missing out on the first run. Mine is on the way, thank you for the heads up.
 
I just ordered one, my first PM2, and my first M390. Seemed kind of expensive for a PM2, but I guess these have historically been hard to come by? Does anybody know the number in this run?

Somebody tell me I did the right thing!

Congrats on your first PM2. My personal opinion is that you selected the best one for your first, is it worth the price......some may think not but I will disagree with them. Seems right now all PM2's are difficult to find.

I was gonna order one but they jacked the price up , (If it wasn't expensive enough already), So I'll just wait on my green one with basically the same steel for about 60 or 70 bucks cheaper IIRC.Just to add that website is ridiculous, sure they have some hard to find knives, but besides Evilbay they are the most expensive spyderco selling site on the web, I'll pass on them until they become competitive with some of their prices on some of their other not so hard to find models.

It appears that there was only one dealer offering these? (Green Para) These were sold out 10 months ago according to the website.

But I agree, the Green were a lot cheaper.
 
14 left acording to their site. Not sure if they expect more after this batch.

It seems like the second run went a lot faster than the first did. I wonder will they do a third run?

If this were a Spyderco stock product, would they have sold many more? It seems like right now Golden has trouble keeping up with demand for the regular S30V version.

I love my smurf Para 2.
 
i just checked the site...it looks like the current shipment is sold out. However, because it is currently listed as "Out of Stock" and not "Sold Out" I have not ruled out the possibility of them receiving more, as was the case a week ago.

I received my Blue M390 right after Christmas and I think it is truly an amazing knife. It was also my first PM2.
 
They must be expecting more of the blue PM2's. It says "out of stock" not "sold out."
 
Intresting point creativeguy.. but who knows how long that will be? 3 days because spyderco is sending them 2 shipments for this run? or a looonnnngggg time?

I think this is the most hyped spyderco this past year. That probably explains how fast they are selling. Speculation is that the first run sold slowly because they were priced higher than other limited runs. The publicity and the prices on the secondary market have made this model very desirable.

Considering that PM2s are hard to find in any steel , these prices don't seem as bad. Have seen some browns for similar price in stock (similar meaning within $15-$20 less approx?).

How many were there in the first run? I emailed the distributor asking how many were in this run, but no reply yet.
