Blues' Blade Show Bonanza (2010)

That is a a Fabulous Five Elliott
I kinda am inclined to gravitate to the Chamblin lockback, but am overwelmed,so I'll just say holy cow you done good

Congratulations, Elliot, that's quite a haul. I love them all, but I'm seriously coveting the Halfrich 'Euro'.

James

Terrific additions to your fine collection Elliott. The stag Tracker and the ivory trapper really speak to me. Course, they are all exceptional. Congratulations my friend. :)

Sweet. I especially like the snags from Joel and Ken, but they all look great.

Elliot, it never ceases to amaze me how you end up with such gorgeous knives! You have great taste/instincts! Great selection.

Elliot, those are some real lookers! Come to think of it I've never seen a knife of yours that wasn't:thumbup:

I was there Friday only, and never got to meet you. Asked about you a couple of times, but you weren't around at the time. After all these years of Blade my brain still can't handle the sensory overload on Friday's, so that wasn't helping my thinking either:p Hope to meet you next year.

Thanks to you all.

Ken, we'll get it done next year. Don't feel bad. I ran into an old friend of mine from FL at the show that I haven't seen in near ten years. I told him what table I was walking over to and he said he'd see me in a minute or two and we never did catch up after that. Truly a pity but these things happen all the time at the show (and you're right on about the sensory overload).

James, it's been in my pocket ever since.;)

elliot great haul if i moved in those circles i would have to cash a c.d.not that crazy yet but all those are keepers. halfrich lives about 25 miles from me & i've cleaned his sister in laws carpet for years. he made a very rapid rise in a short time.

Wow! For a moment there I thought I had gone back in time and was looking at a row of Sheffield Exhibition Knives !!!
Awesome!

Nice collection, Elliott!
Fine representations from each of those makers.
That down-sized Bullet is a grand execution of a great idea!!
Sigh - next year!!

You were missed, Charlie. I'll look forward to next year.

I ran into Mr. Bliues at the show and he asked if I wanted to see the knives he picked up. Naturally I said sure. He just kept pulling them out of different pockets and had them opened so fast I thought they were autos !! Of course I had to look them over to make sure they weren't. All very nice knives and always good to run into this guy at a show. Ya missed out Robuck.

Hey Greg, did you move out of Knifeville? Don't seem right without your hometown listed. ;) Great seeing you again, brother. (Even if I am jealous of those beauties of yours we discussed.:thumbup:)

Edited To Add:

I see you've amended your info and "Knifeville" is back!!! Well done!

Elliott, do you have picture of the Halfrich stag Tracker fully-open?

Nope. But I can see if there's enough light out on the porch to get a shot.

Be back in a few...;)
