I have some S30V take-offs inbound but they are recurves. Let me know if you’re interested. Are just the blades available anywhere? With different grinds (non-recurve) would be even better. I'd love a better steel on my OD Blur.
Those 4 x's indicate it is a factory second blem. Just FYI.The Blur is a fantastic first serious knife and a fantastic serious 100th knife. It was actually my first serious knife too. I bought mine about 15 years ago from a local gun show from "Kershaw Guy". I got lucky and got into the Blur game at the right time when the S60V versions had just come out. I was looking at his table of knives and asked him which one was his favorite and he said "This is the hot one that everyone wants right now", and I really liked it so I picked that one. I planned to use it, and still want to but it turned out that they only made 300 total of them so it still sits here on my desk unused. I've had quite a few other Blurs throughout the years. Currently I have this S60v version, a 14c28n version, and a S30v version.

From what a friend has told me (we've both got the same grey handled M4 Blur model), easier to sharpen than his Contego, about the same as his Gayle Bradley 1.How does Kershaw‘s M4 compare to Benchmade and Spyderco?
Right now I almost feel stupid being an old fart and feeling so giddy about this blade
Yup, I know thanks. I have a lot of factory second Kershaw's. I'm a local to them so I would go to their blem sale every year. Now days, after collecting them for years, I'm kind of refreshed when I pull out a knife from the past and it has the 4 xxxx's because I feel better about using it, or atleast feel better about keeping it, since some of the old school knives have gone up quite a bit in value. But even still they only made about 300 of these guys, blems included so I feel lucky to have it.Those 4 x's indicate it is a factory second blem. Just FYI.
