BM 940. What makes it special?

Of those that own both the 940 and the Bugout, how many actually prefer the 940?

My impression is that the Bugout basically captures everything that people liked about the 940 and improves on the 940 in every way (except for those people that prefer aluminum scales). Once BM starts producing Bugouts with aluminum scales and satin blades (without color popping thumb studs and barrel spacers), I think the 940 sales will drop off.
I own a 940, only handled the bugout at a knifeshow. I was interested in purchasing the Bugout, but the fact that I own the 940 stopped me because it is already a thin, narrow, solid and lightweight knife with an axis lock and useful blade shape and... A butterfly etched on the blade. And the handle on the bugout felt a bit mushy, the 940 definitely feel more solid, and it's prettier and special looking while the Bugout look a bit... Generic. So I did not get the Bugout, and if I ever lose my 940, I'll replace it with another 940.
