FWIW, BF emails have been going into my spam folder lately as well. To me, this looks like it has been just a misunderstanding. Bmurray, thank you for responding and taking care of this!

Absolutely. If anyone is unhappy with anything they get from me I'll refund the money right away. If the buyer could just email me directly his info at both emails below I'll send the refund right out. I never had BF emails go directly to spam before this. I did receive the first few emails when jason wanted it, but nothing since.

By the way. Just looked again and I don't have one damn email from you. How about send me a pm???? I had no idea why the knife was returned. I'll be happy to return the money that you paid for a $200+ NWA knife. My wife and I were scratching our heads trying to see how to reach you. She even tried contacting our bank to see if there was a phone number on your personal check. Just pm me your info.

He doesn't have a paid membership, so he can't PM. Email is his only option.
 
How about putting a note in with the returned knife. There was nothing. He had my direct email so he could have sent something directly to me without going through BF.

Just an FYI, another way to make contact is to leave visitor message of the person's profile if the person's privacy settings allow it.

I had his mailing address but that did no good since I wasn't sure why the knife showed back up with no letter or info in the box as to why. It was driving my wife and I nuts because it made no sence because we weren't getting any of his emails. I sent him another email tonight with both of my email address as well as my cell number to call or text me hi info so I can send him a check. This had to be strange on his side as well. I know it was for me.

First of all, thank you for addressing this. I sent all of the emails to the same address I used from the beginning of this deal. That is why I was trying to figure out why you replied to the first half, but not the rest. As you mentioned, it seems that they went to your spam folder for some reason. Which is why I posted in your sale thread hoping you'd notice I was trying to contact you. I can post all of the emails that I sent, but if they went to your spam folder, you should still have them.
I was not "bashing" you in any way. Just frustrated because as I mentioned, all emails went through to you when making the deal, but no replies from you once I received the knife and explained why I was returning it. For whatever reason, your spam folder started grabbing them.

When you start a thread here about a deal, the first and best thing you can do it let the other person know this hread exists. The second step is to contact one of the Exchange mods, we can help open lines of communication. However, incomplete information, posting all over the place only makes more clean up work for us. Members should be able to communicate without the need for moderator intervention and threads like this should be the absolute last resort.
