I bought this from Delancyst a little while ago and have since had my hours and pay cut from 33 hours at $20/hr to 25 hours at $9.90/hr. Needless to say, I need to move some things, and I no longer make enough to justify carrying this as I had planned to.
Kershaw TiLT 4001 DLC, one of only 205 made in 2010-2011. This one is perfect. It flips perfectly. It locks perfectly. It is perfectly centered. Even the box is perfect. All original packaging, including the little pamphlet, intact and in safe-queen condition. Handled, never carried or used. Any white specks in the pictures are dust or dirt that I missed when cleaning it with compressed air.
This is the best flipper I have handled to date. It rides on KVT bearings and is far superior to any Zero Tolerance folder I have handled, of which I have handled at least three of every model (except the 0300 series, which is assisted and thus doesn't compare regardless) in fit, finish, lockup, pivot action, and blade steel. This is the only known production knife to feature Vanax75 steel.
Ships fully insured (nonnegotiable), packaged like a freakin' treasure, USPS Priority with tracking.
I'm looking to trade down +cash. I'm not even entirely sure what I'm looking for TBH, I just know I can't carry this thing because it's too nice.
Some potential interests:
ADV Butcher (2015+)
Steelcraft Kwaiken
Out-the-side autos (OTFs are fun, but too dainty IMO)
Discontinued Cold Steel knives, especially fixed blades with Kydex sheaths
Actually, most fixed blades with Kydex sheaths
Traditional knives - like a lot and am sometimes surprised by what I find I like.
I'm definitely only interested in knives that are centered and without wobble or play, closer to new the better but I'm not opposed to users.
