Thank you
p.s. I wonder if you could explain how the grip is attached
and what the tang looks like under the wood
as well as why you decided to create it this way
Thanks again

Payment received victor14 thanks, I sent you an email. Probably got the cart before the horse on this, The tang is slightly over 3/4 inch wide at the ricasso. It tapers back to around 1/2 inch wide 3/16 thick give or take a little. It is about 4 3/4 inches long. The handle is inletted to accept the tang keeping the fit tight with little wiggle room. The tang cannot rotate with in the handle. I then relieve some narrow grooves along the inside of the handle mortise with a scraper to ensure there is some room for epoxy to adhere. The handle is then filled with a high quality 24 hour epoxy and the blade tang is slowly slid into the handle. The whole knife is the placed into a press where pressure is applied, it remains there for 24 hours before being removed.
Bottom line is the handle is tight, secure, solid, and not coming off in one piece unless enough heat is applied to either destroy the handle or the temper of the blade.
