Body weight and weight lifting BP challenge interest

Question before we start tomorrow..will you want us to report our results daily, weekly, or does it matter??

Whatever's easier for you. As with the MYB thread, I think it would be easier for everyone if we do a "x points today, for a total of y points to date" blurb at the end of the post to see our totals to date. I'll start the new thread now.

Sweet, I'm looking forward to this!!

Next question - are we doing two threads, one for Move Your Butt in January and one for the resistance exercising, or one big thread for all exercise? I prefer having two separate threads, because 1) it'll keep the threads less cluttered and easier to navigate and 2) I like distinguishing between the two different exercise endeavors.
