Wow fantastic work! How tall are you? Do you lift often?

I'm about a quarter inch shy of six feet. As for lifting, not really. I lift stuff , just not weights. Example; I helped my Mother clear off her deck the other day so she could wash it and stain it. She had old school wash bins for flowers. Each one weighed about 70-80 lbs. I do lift every so often, but not regularly.

I'm headed out to California this week. Let's see how well I do with my body image on the beach this time. Last time I was out there, I hated the way I looked, and now I can see some definition. Just wish I wasn't as pale/hairy under the shirt. Arms are nice and tan, but the rest of me isn't.

I've been having issues getting to the gym recently due to a shin injury (pretty sure I damaged the bone in Muay Thai) I'm eating pretty well, but not the BEST in the world. I'm still working on diet, and I probably will continue with that for a long long time, always improving.

I do know that the next four days are going to be baaaad on my diet. In n Out burger!? YES PLEASE! But, some good home cooking at the girlfriends parents house is also on the menu.

Not the best image to show off the new body, but it's a photo of me not paying attention, so I'm relaxed and not posing for the camera. I'm really happy that my man-boobs are pretty much gone, and I still have a little ways to go on the belly. I need to get my body fat % checked again. I know I'm down quite a bit on that.

Thanks!
(Not sure if this is still going, but I'm still updating you on how I'm doing!)

I keep reviving this thread.

I said I was going to the beach. It was a blast! I got to play in the waves and body surf a little. I feel a lot better with my body now, and was willing to keep the shirt off once out of the water. My girlfriend snagged a picture of me, and put it up, so here it is!

My pale, hairy glory!

BUT! California made me eat terri-bad! In-N-Out, Del Taco, gas station food, etc... I'm already working on getting rid of the little bit of pudge that came back, but still feeling good.

How's every one else doing?

I'm still on it.
I've been stuck weight wise since April, after losing 16 kg, but at least my joints are better now, so I can actually excercise again.
I finally had time to repair my bicycle, and did some shortish training trips of half an hour each (which is the minimum I want to do each day).

But I have to admit, I've tried to change my food intake in a way I can keep up in the future. That means: I eat cake on birthdays (March was real bad: 5 birthdays within 10 days), I don't decline food when I'm invited. I won't eat much of it either, and if there is a choice I'll take the leaner stuff.

Of course that slows down the process, but I'm confident I can keep my weight afterwards. I might be a bit paranoid, but I've seen so many people losing weight, and losing a lot of it, and then putting it on again. I don't want that.

So I'm still motivated ...

My fam went to the beach a few weeks ago! Its alot more fun if you arent worried about looking bad.

I got promoted tonight in Kajukenbo to my advanced orange belt. I skipped orange all together. I also had the honor of taking a seminar from two grandmasters, where we learned some traditional shaolin snake style. It was amazing! At promotions, I was also promoted by both grandmasters in attendance. I'm sure I'll have more pictures here soon when cameras are unloaded from today, but all I have right now is a crappy iPhone pic.

On the left, Grandmaster Ron Carlson. On the right, Grandmaster Ron Pierce.
