Boker "Tree Brand Classic" & Solingen made traditional knives

A new Otter Anchor knife arrived this week. This is the large version, with C75 carbon steel and African Blackwood covers.



It will be a user, so I spent some quality time getting acquainted over a beer, and reprofiled the edge.

Here with the large Anchor knife. It is about the same size as the small Anchor knife. Ramsfoot vs sheepsfoot.
