Y'all need to keep yer Hobbit-feet problems to yerselves![]()
Don't cheep out with sound or headset. Go for the PS3 brand 7.1 surround sound blue tooth ones. They also work with your computer tooI luv mine.
Headsets are great. I don't buy games any more if they don't have coop mode, and online coop, pretty much. Don't have a PS4 or Xbox One yet either. There were no games that were good enough to sell the system for me. I do use my PS3 to stream videos wirelessly from my computer, so I can watch them on the TV through the sound system without plugging the computer into the TV. Just needed PS3 media server installed on my computer.
I usually have socks on even lounging around the house. No pants or shirt, but I have socks and boxers. I have had errant nose hairs grow out of a nostril, curl around and tickle the outside of my nose and take a while to figure out what that was. Had to rip it out, sucked slightly less than leaving it.
Hobbit feet sounds right
I could fit a size 9 if i could find ones i liked in 4E widths... The sandals i got on right now are size 12. 11s were too narrow. These are the perfect width... Just too too long...
I read the Teva omniums have a wide toe bed... And i love how they look... But man the price tag has kept me from pulling the trigger on them for months. I cant find anywhere around that has THEM tevas in stock. And im not about to spend nearly 100 bucks on some sandals without trying them on... Not with these feet....
I hate shoes.
But hey, if you ever wanna rub my feet down with some warm lotion after an epsom salt bath.... Well you just let me know![]()
I hate broken ankles![]()
I am a hobbit foot guy too. Average size feet, but wide, and hair on the tops and the toes..lol
Noswad keep in mind lots of DLC stuff is going to be dropping for many games, BUT they are making it so it wont be available for olders systems like the PS3 and Xbox 360 and such. It might be worth it to save a little bit more and get a PS4, just my 2 cents as a dork gamer.
They're overrated. I prefer a gentle slice to the Achilles with a BK15 and then... oh wait, are you hurt?![]()
I'm thinking I'll probably get a PS4 in a few years, but for now I'm gonna get a PS3 to sort of integrate more "mature" games into the household. I had only ever played one rated M game (which was from the 90's and not actually bad except a bit of blood) until a couple weeks ago when I played my friend's PS3. Overprotective parents are great, but sometimes a bit too overprotective.Hopefully they'll let me keep Skyrim...

Just slightly, fractured my fibula at philmont. Unfortunately due to where it happened I had to hike out 10 miles to get to the nearest staff camp
Seems like a good idea to me, there are plenty of great games for the ps3. And skyrim is a fun game. If you like that try fallout, same company and same open world concept but a million times better if you ask me
As a heads up, if you have a PC that can play skyrim, you can change the games config file and disable things like blood if that bothers you/them. As an "M" rated game its pretty benign. There is hardly any language or other inappropriate stuff, the violence isn't over the top, and I think ita just a quest or two that gives it that m rating (and iirc, they are all optional quests).
I mainly play starcraft 2, heroes of the storm, borderlands 2, dungeon defenders, portal 2, and castle crashers. Like crimsonfalcon, if a game doesn't have co-op, I'm not likely to buy it nowadays.
I also have quite a bit of hair on me feet (if only it could be transplanted to my head) in addition to my manly beard... Mine are different in shape though...size 12 or 13, and a narrow (used to be able to find B width, but not any more) if I can get it. A "D" width works for some shoes, but the laces are pretty much pulled as tight as they can go. My wife refers to my feet as "skis."

.
Thread over at ESEE has me thinking about a GoRuck Light or Tough.
My pinky toes are pushed behind the toes next to them... This is from YEARS and YEARS of wearing shoes that were too narrow, that squeezed my feet together.

The only video games I play are Galaga and Pole Position. Old school, beyotches! $20 console with several of the old stand-up games.
I have gamed a bit for research, to think about the way narrative works in some of these digital spaces and how learning occurs.
As for the GoRuck, I feel like it would help whip me into better shape if I had a training goal/date.
Right now, I have sights on a 5K in October and would like to improve my PR. That means speed work, cardio, and legs. All would help with the GoRuck.
The GoRuck would probably help my climbing (and vice versa) because I'd need to add in upper body workouts.
Oh, and y'all can keep your foot fetishes to yourselves as far as I am concerned. If it's not a waffle fetish, I'm not interested.
