BOSS HG55. . . Yowza!!!!!

Well, no one can say Jerry ain't trying new things! We were just complaining about that with Benchmade on their forum. I like the boldness of the design. Time will tell if it's a winner, but I like a knifemaker that tries new things and pushes the envelope a little. What I think is funny is first Jerry saying these were going to be a throwback to the old-school Busses, then all the Hogs go expecting vintage, and then he throws out this. Classic.

I am curious to see the whole thing. If it has a clipped point bowie tip I might have to be in.

That's just freakin' weird enough looking for me to be interested.
I despise clip points, but I might be able to choke this one down. Maybe.

Jerry's best line in college must have been...

"Let me just see a little of it"

.

Oh Yeah! That's gonna get a bit more of my $$ heading Wauseon way.

Bring it Jerry!!!

Definitely nice to see something totally different. Of course this is coming from someone who's a big fan of the PT-5........ I call a tanto tip on the other end! well, maybe.

I wonder what kind of strange treatment he'll give the SHBM2...

BBK - Busse Bread Knife

It will go great with the Sus Scrofa cheese knife.

Hey Jerry, how about another run of the HH FSH's, or the HOG FSH's. I want one so bad of either soooo bad.

Clipped with a trailing point . . . . .

.

...The knife or the pic??? :foot:;):D

So, are we talkin' satin flats with D/C finished VCB's (vertical_ish corrugated bevels), Bossman ? It kinda looks like that on this HG55. Ya know... Snakeskin micarta on this bad boy would have been SUPER sweet... Too bad you can't get anyone to make that "mistake" again! :D:D (Wish my mistakes turned out so well!! lolz)

Looking forward to seeing the whole knife! :)

I'm curious, what makes this release "Busse Old School Series?" What old school blade is it designed after? Looks like a new generation to me.
