Those corrugations are a new one on me for anything but a chef's knife. I wonder what they do for the chopping ability?
 
It looks is if it might be chisel grind/asymmetrical with all that stock removed! And the way the edge is designed, That's not really his style now though! Or is it!!! old school style!!!!!
