Yes, you are correct, but tonight is the right night for the picture. I wager that we will see it before 9am Eastern tomorrow morning. Probably sooner but blackouts do occur...
 
Ah, you forgot to include the 24 hour delay due to the snowstorm. And if it's a Friday planned pic, that means Monday.
