Yeah well, any b.s. transpires and that snakes not getting my money. There are sometimes advantages to not using cash/debit! LOL. Everythings not perfect, it goes back. I dont get refunded promptly, I let the thugs at Bank of America handle it (and those snakes always get there money back!!!!!!!!) ;)

UPDATE: The good news is they respond quickly to emails. The bad news is, the item isnt in stock I am informed 7 biz days after they charge me, and when I ask the ETA, I get "maybe in 2 weeks".

What B.S., I told them to credit my card, if it isnt credited shortly I am instituting a chargeback. My advice, avoid these morons like the plague.
 
FINAL UPDATE: Well I guess Botach is trying to get there act together (maybe the geniuses realized that good customer service makes more money than crap customer service) because after informing me the item I ordered was out of stock, I told them to cancel my order and credit me ASAP.

I checked my account and I was never charged. So Im assuming there new policy is to not charge for out of stock items until it ships. Now if they can get in stock what the web site says theyve got, maybe Ill give them some biz. Doubtful, though. LOL.
 
I ordered about 300.00 buck worth of stuff about 2 months ago i heard nothing until i called they were extremely rude un helpful told me i would get me stuff when i got my stuff i have filled a claim with my bank claiming fraud since i have been charged for items i never recieved i hate this company and hope no one else is stupid like i was my bank is going to refund my money
 
For the love of all that is holy, people, stop buying things from Botach. For years they have produced nothing but customer service horror stories.
