Bow Legged Chopper Order Thread

Yea. You gotta get used to how raggedy it looks as you sand it, but after you get it nice and smooth it really SINGS!!!

Thanks Brian!! Send me your address. I'll ship these tomorrow. Your handle upcharge is $32.

The Bow Legged Joe is $100

Thanks again!!!

This is a pic of the glowing. Keep in mind my remedial photo skills. The scales did glow quite a bit more in real life. But the bullseye tube is really concentrated powder, and its the strongest glow powder I could find.

Wow, that is cool. I don't think I'll be losing those. Andy, PayPal sent.

I got your pmt Brian. I really have enjoyed working with you. I think those scales are the bomb. The tubes came out greener than I thought, but man, they glow like fire.

Finished the sanding on yours tonight JC. Knife finished tomorrow!

Its da bomb!

:D

I have been annoying my son with the lingo I used when I was his age....among those terms is "the bomb"...I did not know anyone else was using that term.

I am glad you are liking them, more cool stuff soon:thumbup:

These really work with you style of deep contouring. I look forward to working with you more in the future! It has been fun thus far.

Agreed. Those scales were fun to contour.

Yea. I had to focus on finishing grinding a batch yesterday to keep my Dad busy with glueups, so I'll be finishing out yours, and also two Woodsman, a Hunter, a Nessie, and a cool ass Runt today!!!

I love it! The mosaic came out fantastic. The colors are great! The whole thing is DA BOMB!!

I was curious if a mosaic would look out of place with a synthetic handle, but as you noted, it turned out great. I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out:thumbup: Once it does though, the first item of business is to stick it in a log and take a glamour shot for my new background. Afterall, this knife would probably be jealous if I kept your photo of the passaround knife rather than take one of my own blade. I'm already visualizing which branches, small trees and underbrush in our backyard will fall victim to this beast.

Andy,Just received the Chopper. You may want to secure the wrapping a little better for such a beast of a knife. I opened one end of box and tilted it to get the knife out. It quickly slide out straight into my hand,..... handle first, nothing around the blade. She sure is pretty though.:D
