DANG! You're correct, Geoff. I had misread the first post. I read it as solid being micarta, multicolored being G10. Not sure WHY I read it that way; must have been reading through the "3/16ths" thread at the same time and got my threads crossed. Or maybe I'm just ... thick.

So, guess I'll be squealing either way.... :rolleyes:
 
So i got the bad luck email from Garth saying i missed the cut for this opportunity but i am in the running if someone backs out, so go home and talk to your wives or girlfriends and see if you realy want this blade. you might find you want to pass this opportunity to me.
 
Is anyone else hoping some of the mummies are the bt6 prototypes/variants? That would blow my mind!

Wow jellyfish I never thought of getting a prototype or other variant that is some serious hopefull thinking. I like it.

I had to do some moving around of money's between accounts, but finally got my payment in around 10:00 a.m via PayPal.

All I could think about at work was going to check my phone for any sort of update! :p

ETA: I also directly asked if they could give an estimate on how many of these "mummy" knives were available, but no response yet :thumbup:
