Bravo 1? Now I'm worried

I've not had any issues with my CPM154 Stainless Steel Bravo 1, and I must admit it's been through some pretty tough use.

Unfortunately I can't talk about the A2 version.

Although in the Bark River Knifeforums section, there's been a number of complaints with a few of their A2 knifes, like a Gameskeeper with folded edges, one with a broken handle, a Northstar with severe chipping from light use, that sort of thing.

I also kow that Mike Stewart has said that he has decided to change the edge profile angle in an atempt to try and idiot proof his knives.

Of course it couldn't be his knives that are faulty, can it? <sarcasm>

I agree that in some cases someone will get a lemon, as I own several other Bark River knives as well, and have only had to send back one of them for customer service.

And that was fixed within a reasonable amount of time, with no added costs out of pocket.

Bark River does at least stand by their lifetime warranty.

Kinda like the idea of putting a young Airmen in a room that has only one door, and alone with a bowling ball: You come back 20 minutes later, the bowling ball is broken, and he has no idea of what happened. (BTW, before anyone jumps all over me, I understand young Airmen, and while I joke about it, they're very good at what they do!)
