Bravo 1!

tarmix101...I spend a lot of time around the Othello area and the Columbia Wildlife Refuge. I found a 12" Ontario machete to be handy. I also back it up with a Cold Steel SRK or Bark River Sandstorm.

My other rig is a Trailmaster with a Canadian Belt knife ranger banded to the sheath. Saves the need to lug the machete around.

A good time to go is early May when the high desert wildflowers are in bloom.

Don't forget a Camelback if your out there in the summer and watch for the Rattlers!

I will post pictures of my Bravo -1 in sheath w/psk tonight, my psk came with kydex which I am not a fan of,I order the matching black leather for the psk to attach it to the Bravo -1, 2 screws with nylon lock nuts and one simple set-up,Bravo-1 for camp chores and psk for food prep + the B1 throws a good spark from fire steel,may sound dumb but I want to replace the standard black firesteel with a Green micarta one,my sons yellow G10 scaled NS has a matching firesteel that is awesome,I know it is just looks but good looking knives deserve a great matching fire steel !

I won't. My first trip is going to be the Dry Falls area near Coulee City in late April.

That's a nice area. The Sun Lakes chain has decent trout fishing through Mother's Day.

I ran into some poison oak at Dry Falls.

Hey...... I like my 1990'ish Mini Mag light.

I have a cheap mans, no name brand, LED from who knows where. I think I accidentally inherited it from one of my buddies on the last camping trip. Happens from time to time.

My Mini Mag loves me, and is hurt by your indifference.;):D

Nice rigs, I have a Bravo 1 and dislike teh kydex a lot, due to the scratching it does to my handle. I will definitely be getting one of those leathe sheaths soon. The knife is absolutely awesome for the price.
 
i think I need a Bravo One.....:( but alas no funds for quite some time......
