Breaking Brand Loyalty

There are certain brands that I like more and have more knives of but "brand loyalty" is too strong a term for me. This actually extends to all other goods in life (phones, cars, clothes, sunglasses, etc). Blind brand loyalty seems foolish.

I am loyal to brands that offer quality products, good designs, and stellar customer service.
