Yes.... I`m gonna be that guy and offer up the ol`ALICE pack (w/frame) for your consideration. There is about a 2" gap between the pack and your back. Bye-Bye wet spot! you can get upgraded straps and hipbelts too. Worried about looking like a grunt?... spray paint it pink!

I think all these brands only state that their backpacks are cooler, not that they will make you sweat less. Well, in reality you will sweat less, because if even only a part of your body is better cooled, that will imply in less sweating, even though it's not a big difference, but that's beside the point.no i'm saying it doesn;t matter what you have on your back, your gonna sweat. Like another poster mentioned, a pack is a giant piece of insulation on your back. Adding mesh or air channels or exomesh bulges (like Dueter) will provide a sensation of "airflow" but in reality you are still sweating.

Pack manufactures need to design the backpad so it works in TANDEM with the wicking clothing your wearing. The clothes should wick moisture from the skin, into the base layer, then into the middle layer or outer layer, and finally, the pack material where it should rapidly evaporate.
I would love to see a system like that that would leave your skin/clothes dry rapidly even during heavy exertion. Not holding my breath.
I hear what your saying, but I can say first hand that the fact that only about 20% of the pack is actually touching my back on my Z pack makes a very noticeable difference over the Kelty I was using before it. I don't think the OP is hoping to not sweat at all, just for it to be as minimal as possible...
Gregory Z packs  I have the Z55 which is probably bigger then what you want, but they make smaller versions. The pack doesn't even touch your back except up high and right on your lumbar, makes a huge difference. I plan to get one of the smaller ones as well at some point. Osprey also makes packs with the same flow through design.
