Never thought of this before, but bright pink (especially something like neon/atomic pink) would not only be easily visible in most foliage and leaf litter, it would probably also avoid all the, "Why do you need such a big knife?" type questions.

People either won't talk to you at all, or they'll be too busy looking for signs of nail polish and eyeliner

I'm glad orange is in first place. It makes so much sense for a user knife in the woods. I don't like blue and yellow. Did you know those are the two colors deer can see?

Considering how many hunters have successfully taken deer while wearing blue jeans, and/or denim jackets, I'd guess that as long as you aren't twerking at the deer with the knife on your hip, you should be fine

Hey Jo, thanks for doing this and taking the temperature of my he room. That dipstick you are married to never would have been able to handle getting this done.

I think this was spawned by the question I asked a week or so back when Mike misplaced his DEK. Going back to that, it isn’t about what color will sell the most or the least for that fact. Its not about what color would look good. It was about what color will be the most vivid, brightest, easy to spot, obnoxious if you will, when laid donw, dropped or lost in the woods.

Terotuf that I have seen in person, your bright green is the brightest of the lot that I have seen. The orange is really not that bright at all in my opinion. Nate happened to get that one right, it sucks. My vote, of the Terotuf options, would be for the bright green to go on the large knives.

For the small knives, solid color G10 would be great in blaze orange or toxic yellow. There is a reason why a lot of trailbuilding tools have either orange or yellow handles.

I have also always found hot pink to stand out better than any other ribbon or marking flag in the woods. White would be second, yellow third, with red and blue a very distant fourth an fifth respectively. I don’t know if hot pink G10 is even a thing, but if it is, I’ll buy a full sheet of DEK and EDC scales in hot pink if you would order it for me.

Thanks Jo, you are the best. Also, anything these guys said in previous post that runs counter to what I just said you can rest easy knowing what they said was bullshit.
