Bright TeroTuf colors

I've never liked TeroTuf until I saw a CPK knife with grey textured TT handles on it. The texturing really made a difference in my perception of it. Me no likey the fruity pastel colors, they get dirty quick and are difficult to clean.

Is it just the photo angle for your picture or does the 2nd from the left DEK1 with grey TeroTuf scales have a hand ground swedge? Maybe also a sharpened tip?
