Bring on a DEATH CHAT!!!

I was out playing darts agian.

I got an email from my sister at 10:30 that my 103 year old aunt died this evening. That is a good thing; she is in a better place now.

I had spent a lot of time with her when I was a kid. She owned a candy store in San Francisco and I rode my bicycle there many times to load up:thumbup:. She was a funny lady and I always have great memories of her. As I think of it, other than my mom at 90 she was the last of that generation.

She was a great woman in her day and could drink like a HOG.

Sorry for your loss :(

But somehow your post make me smile, we all need to remember our love one like that

Sorry to hear about your Aunt Tony...

It seems like you have a lot of good memories of her.

My thoughts are with you.

It's snowing here along the Oregon Coast...

That is something I have always wanted to see. To walk out of a forest and see the ocean with snow falling on the beach. If I go to Lake Tahoe this weekend maybe I can see that on the lake.

Condolences on your loss. She made it to a ripe old age, and was undoubtedly ready to pass on. When my Great-Grandmother was that age, she asked me why she had to live so long. . . I did not have a good answer.

I'm listening to "MLK Remembered" on Napster.

I wasn't into the civil rights movement at the time (I was too young and maybe to dumb), but now at my advanced age I find his speaches are worth listening to. He was a great man.
