If you bite the bubbles, you are called a "SNARF". Don't ask, don't ask... :D

As for the insurance policy, get it now. That way "If" something were to happen *wink wink*, enough time would have alotted (sp?) that you wouldn't be consider a suspect. Atleast, that's what the TV says :D ;) :D

KAAK, what the hell have you started.

Stop it now! We don\'t need a stink'n death chat. Who the heck c aresse about stpellin' anywhay?

Cheers,

anyone here done the Gaully (W.Va) in a boat?

I about died on that river, never go there again

The last Gauley Fest I made it to was '99. I don't paddle much anymore though I used to log about 60 days per year on the river. That was before two kids! :D

The Gauley and New River were mucho fun. Just beware of the sound of "Dueling Banjos." The six weeks or so that the Gauley ran as Summersville Lake was being dewatered in the Fall were like Christmas. The big, biscuit restaurant in Summersville was a cholesterol heaven!

I lived in East Tennessee (I know what you're thinking... "And that's better than WV?!) I was about 40 minutes from the controlled-release Ocoee Olympic WW Course and the Smokies Nat'l Park was my backyard. The Cumberland Plateau and Big South Fork were nearby. Even then, I envied you PacNW guys!

Now I'm in St. Louis, raising a family and the only thing nearby is the Anheuser-Busch headquarters. ;)

This was the lovely wife the year we married. She was 24, I was 26. We met when she was in a WW Kayak Class I was teaching. The other's are me.

May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your short hair, KAAK, as punishment for these disorienting pictures.

This was the first weekend *after* the class where we met. I had offered to "tutor her privately" in the eskimo roll. She would kill me if she knew I posted this...

(Not really, KAAK. There is not blackmail value here. ;) )
