I got this one at Blade West as well. Someone just left it on my table -- no note, no phone number. I kept it in the lost and found box all weekend. It was available to be claimed, but nobody ever did.

I was just forced to keep it. :(

It's .25" thick but looks thicker.

And what were the mods....

I had Bill put an extended penetrator tip on it and convert the asymmetrical edge over to a vee. For those of you who haven't experienced a knife that is "Bill Siegle Sharp"...it is truly amazing.

:D

Troy,

I was looking at your photo in another thread something like AK meets Pac North West.

How much does all that stuff you are packing around weigh?

The picture that you're talking about is actually of River 8, so you'd have to ask him for a weight. Though, I did notice that with all that steel on his one side he tended to veer a bit to the right during our hike in. :D

Much different. Lighter. I'm not really able to choke back on either the HH or SH2 like I can my RW, but the SH2 still feels like it will chop as good or even better than the SH-E. Dunno.

I'm pretty anxious to get out and go use it. :D

I will deny the existence of any and all suckage -- whether it be major or minor. :)

I was wondering what I did with that!!! Thanks for finding it for me! :D
