BRKT Bravo 1

I cant wait for my bravo1 to get here. Ordered it last night, just stumbled along this thread and said... wow, wonder why I was looking at this great knife.

to all the guys who do have a bravo 1/had one - how'd you find the quality? I've been told by some that there have been issues in the past, and if I'm about to spend 200 bucks on it I'd like to know if there are any issues that should see me getting a RC4 instead.

So have you guys had any F&F issues, or problems with quality? I really want one, but yeah, 200 bucks if alot for me for a FB.

not trying to hijack, hope OP doesn't mind

The B-1 is a slicing machine.

...It's how you use the tool, not the tool you use...

RC-4's a sweet knife. Have played with one a bit. Too bad it's in 1095. If it were in a better steel, it'd be a best-buy.

The Bravo 1 is one of the best choice for a knife that you can buy. The handle is very comfortable. A lot of knives in this size class their handles are to small.

No quality issues with Bark River knives. If there are, and that is doubtfull, just send it back and it will be fixed or replaced. You can't go wrong, with companies like BRKT and RAT now ESEE. They both really stand behind their products.

All my Barkies are just beautiful examples of the knifemakers craft.

Well I just got it in, took me 2 days to actually get off of work to get it but its here. Now I want to go try it out... probably not till this weekend...
