BRKT golok, fox river, micro tusk

i've built a few figure 4s with mine and done some small carving on spoons with it.

it is definetly a handy knife!

Nice barkies. I've liked the golok for a while, although have been sitting on the fence between the golok and KSF machete.

On the fence? doesn't that mean you need to get both so you know you have the one you like best.
 
all of those look great! thanks for the review and all of the pics. i really need to get a barkie. the little creek has been my "grail knife" for a while.

i have to say, a fox river and a golok thrown together is by far the best combo i've had to this date!

the mikro II is nice to have on there for the finer things but i dont think i'd really need it as a necessity.

I know eh, I've been eyeing them ever sense I started looking at knives online, (4 years now:D)
The only thing that has held be back is the trouble getting them in canada, but man, I can only imagine something like this in camp, it would be a blast.
 
fonly, i had to wait two weeks for mine to ship to vancouver from Oklahoma (knivesshipfree). those were the most devastating two weeks ever. but once it came it was worth the wait. and i'd wait again for another one which i may possible order in the future. :)

if only jay at warriors and wonders carried brkt... i would be in there atleast once a week to look and once a month to buy!

and of course id go totally broke...... jay if your listening out there... please dont add brkt to your already extensive line of quality blades... my wallet is begging you :D

I carry a similar trio with a Golok, Canadian Special, and Little Creek -McKnight Grind(cool looking swedge on top).
