broke my izula :(

i was not using the knife for the purpose of cutting but trying to open a wooden box and broke the blade of the knife i should have just grabbed a damn prybar but i edc the izula and it was convent just wondering what do i do now
 
we need pics! :eek:

either way the knife is under warranty. just go to the ESEE knives website and follow the procedure to return it and get a new one.
 
Buy a new one tomorrow, then send the broken one in for warranty. Now you have two.....turn a negative into a positive.

I have seen quite a few of these posts in my time here.

Not once have I seen pictures of the knife.

I vote that there be no warranty replacement service without pictures on

this forum! :D

i bet there are alot of people who would do shady things like that but im not one of them as soon i upload the pic to my computer you guys can check it out never thought it could happen

It's so true. I never want to call anyone out to be a liar. And to be fair the OP said he would post pics...

Makes you wonder how many of the other threads we've seen claiming catastrophic knife failure are actually legitimate or not.

Still...as much as I love my Izzy's I'd sure love to see what one looks like broken in a couple of pieces :D

Now THAT is what I'm talking about.

We'll see what happens after I attempt to take down a 5inch diameter tree this evening with izzy 10k. Hopefully nothing like that pic :D
