Cold Steel messed up a order I had for 11 heavy machetes on sell for $6.99. They called back and offered $4.99. Week later I called and they had entered the order wrong, so the guy sent me the machetes for free. Three days later I had a box with 11 machetes on my door step.
Then I cut them up !

So their customer service treated me ok .

ell its been almost a full year since he was last on. Must be checking his thread, so I emailed him asking if he got the knife fixed.
