broken omega spring in benchmade mini griptillian?

I've been using Axis models since the early 2000's with nary a failure. Nothing's perfect, but this sturdy lock comes really close. ...and better to replace a spring than the entire knife.

ive had it since christmas. and i ordered it custom from bm so i dont think that would happen

I'm pretty sure even if you bought a Gold Class Mini Grip, you'd be getting the same spring. So far no problems with any of mine.
