When I got my Magnum EU17, it was not very sharp at all. But a bit of "quality time" with a homemade strop made it my sharpest knife! INFI is very, very easy to sharpen, and it hold the edge very well. I knew that I could have sent it back, but it wasnt worth the hassel.

Anyway, glad everything was made right!

Read this yesterday and didn't post. I did the same thing, do a search under my name and look at the "I'm out of here" thread Sometimes we get a little frustrated and do things that may not be acceptable to all but the end result, in my case, was a mutual respect between a company and a customer. Things happen everyday but it's how we handle them that makes the difference between us and some of the other forums.
BTW, since your knife IS damaged, I'll give you $100 to take it off your hands

I had no doubts that all would be resolved appropriately. The service at Busse is almost as good as the steel, and that's about as good as anyone could ever do.

I'm glad Jerry's going to make everything better, but I think all of the "You should've contacted him first" posts in this thread are out of line because he called 7 times before anything occurred.
