BROUS BLADES are they serious?

That seems like a fairly negative assumption, especially considering that there are only so many ways to make a functional blade design. I looked through Phantom Steelworks site and didn't see anything that looked remotely like Brous' Division Flipper. Could you point to an example to back your accusation?

Sorry guys I had the name wrong, Its Poltergeist Works. I'm an idiot. And if Jason has made right then its all good.

I ve had nothing but good dealings with Jason and love his designs and work! I own most of his knives!

I've had nothing but good dealings with him either. He's not always fast on the email replies but he's a pleasant and professional fella to deal with nonetheless. Given the press coverage he's been receiving it's likely that his business is booming, leaving less time for everything else in a day. I just received a satin SS Ranger neck knife from him and the fit & finish are flawless. The innovation in that particular design is just outstanding.

@Mr_Anderson: There are some similarities to the designs but also a number of differences in everything except the outline. I am quite sure if a person spent some time going over outlines they would find a number of similar shapes amongst the many makers on the market.

Guess he feels he doesn't need to. Speaks volumes of his character. :thumbdn:

He has to respond. Sooner or later he will realize that he needs to keep in communication with his customers. If a business man doesn't, he stops having customers. I really wish people would be consistent in the business practices. I understand busy, but disregarding customers does nothing but damage. At least get an answering machine to take your calls and you can get back to people, get someone to help field emails, print and organize them, etc.

Complaint threads get exhaustive and 9 out of 10 times it's because someone isn't talking. Such a simple issue, left unhandled creates huge problems.

I resolved. He refunded me the money of the knife, and money shipping.
The deposit held him for a possible future purchase. But that's okay.
