had something very close to that happen when i was flying with a friend. the landing gear would not come down and we were almost out of fuel had been circling for a while trying to get it open. and i communicated to the tower that is was gonna be interesting. he asked how so. i said we were gonna die....landing gear opened on approach. lucky us. funny thing is though it that i didnt see that episode til that night after the landing. laughed...hard
 
there is a graphic novel out that talks about his backstory. have not had a chance to get it yet but i am told it is a good read for brown coats
 
GREAT show/movie!!! It would be really awesome if they'd do at least one more season. I really liked the sci-fi / western theme.

Another Joss Whedon series that was killed too soon was Doll House. I enjoyed that one too.
 
Just watched it this year. It was fantastic and I was so very sad to realize there were so few episodes.

'Out of Gas' is a phenomenal episode!

Objects in Space had some of the best lines!!!

tried to watch the series(Didn't think that much of it), watched the movie on accident...worth my time=)


(he was MUCH better in Slither!!
(Also he was in a movie called "Waitress"...Better Actor than in TV show series IMHO.

(to explain since you didnt watch the series its one of my favorte lines that i was hoping to use and your post gave me an excuse)
 
I very much liked the show and the movie serenity, I must have seen every episode at least a dozen times and hoped the show would finally be picked up again.
 
My wife and I just finished watching through the series and movie again. One of many great shows that got cancelled right as I started to love it.
