I was not sure where to post this, but wanted everyone to know, that Jake Tuinstra loaded a pic of Nick Wheeler's knife from his hamon wip thread and claimed it as his own. I exposed him on facebook, and plan to do it on the other forums also. Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but it needed to be said

yeah i saw that right off, and recognized the hamon, couldnt remember where I had seen it.... asked the guy to post an entire pic of the blade, never did ..................until the SHTF, then the "blade" he posted as the one representing the hamon was OBVIOUSLY different, hell it wasnt the same in any way.

I sent Nick a mssg. earlier when this all came about.

This is a link to the facebook group, Nick has been notified. http://www.facebook.com/groups/2529...d=313010825461428&notif_t=group_comment_reply
I think this type of disrespectful fraud needs to be exposed. He is saying that this knife http://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-snc7/386987_396979383684970_138245078_n.jpg
And this knife http://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash3/578793_396114960438079_867212729_n.jpg
are the same knife, but it was clearly confirmed that he did indeed crop a picture of Nick's hamon WIP picture to make his fake success.

Threads like this belong in the Feedback forum. I moved it for you.

Took some screen shots for you Mike and put them on photobucket.

Thanks to Ed Braun he Put Nick's and Jake's knives side by side for comparison,

Thanks Morrow, I wasn't sure where to put it. I really hope this is seen, and i hope Nick gets to check this out also.. I can understand copying someone's style, but to straight plagiarize their pictures and claim it as yours, is just insane.

Mike, et al - What is the proper/ethical method of broadening the exposure of this b.s. scam?
I (PJM Knives) have a Facebook account with a few "friends" who would be well served to know about this, as would the general public.

I can only imagine how Nick is going to deal with this.

Most folks that are on here, even the unregistered lurkers know to look here for these kinds of things. Unregistered forum viewers can see the threads in here, although they can't post until they register. Thanks for the heads up.

He had a chance to simply admit he screwed up and take his knocks. Seems he is trying to cover it up.... what a pity. He has no idea what this will do to him.

I assure you, this was posted all over facebook. I am trying to hit all of the forums, just to make people aware.

Wow. What a blatant rip. Of course it's all down now, and he's posting threatening BS about a 300 pound angry viking , but here is the screenshot of the fraudulent Facebook post taken by Mike:

And THIS is the thread in which Nick shows his work.

Here is a screenshot of Nick's post showing the exact same hamon:

A shame since it appears his work (if legitimate) looks nice. Maybe he accidentally linked to the wrong picture and it got out of hand, but you'd think you'd notice something like that and not comment on it several times :thumbdn::thumbdn::thumbdn::mad:?

I was there and Saw it all fall apart for the idiot... he was trying to sell the knife as well.

That "300 lb Viking" threat thing just bugs me. What a dishonorable and out-of-shape fraud.

I agree that Nick wouldn't have any problems.

I think the fact that Nick hasn't gone the route of idle threats or vulgar slander is testament to his class...... just as my reaction was a testament to my lack of it.:p

I was told we (The Fraud and I) could continue the conversation in person at the next show he finds me at ... Looking forward to seeing his work in person!

Next thing you know he will be posting a picture of Ryan and claiming to be him :)
