I wonder if they already had Jerrys heat treat on them..
I love the history of Busse, I've said it before but I would pay towards a documentary about his beginnings and the company.

Yes, all the blanks were 5160 and I don't think that Jerry ever let any other lesser steel get out. According to many including Jerry, the HT on 5160 is hard to screw up. Justin then started making the run from other steels and 5160 as well. The later models had the slot in the back instead of the hole in the back. I think ll justin had to do was finish the blades. But not sure.
 
So ive been on the hunt for a dssf and spec ops sheath with taco style insert but never stopped to think if a taco style will fit into a large spec ops sheath? Anyone know if it will fit fine or should I not even bother with the spec ops sheath? Much appreciated in advance!

My Vikes got hammered today by a simply more experienced and better team. We are so one-dimension with AP and an average-QB. And the worst OL in the league. It could get even worse this Thursday night against the Cardinals:(
 
It will. As a Vikings fan since I knew what football was, I was crushed twice (at least) by them. So. Until they're consistently good, I don't really let myself be surprised by the back and forth they've shown the last few weeks.

Fire Kalil. He is where the problems begin and end. On the o line anyhow. ...... :rolleyes:

I don't know man.....he was TERRIBLE all last year but this season him and Fusco are the only ones worth a damn. Harris BLOWS, Berger gives up before the end of the play, and Clemmings is rookie who isn't fast enough or strong enough to block defensive ends. But we gotta start somewhere! I am not sold on Teddy yet when at one point I thought I was. I hope I am wrong in the long term.

Anyone here know about finishing a portion of bathroom sink? I don't have the knowledge or tools to change it outright, so least expensive and least complicated is right up my alley.

There are guys who make a living re-coating porcelain sinks and tubs, you should be able to find one in your area who'll do it pretty cheap. You can even change colors which might make you a hero to the ol lady if you sell it right 😎

If you're the handy type there are DIY kits available and info online.

It was cheap enough for the builder I worked for to hire it out.

The first game Kalil was back from his injury, he gave up 3sacks at least, and was responsible for no less than 2 holding penalties. Three games prior, bikes are the least sacked and least penalized offense in the league..... Go figure. I'm sure once we get a little better o line we will win more consistently.

We really have no choice because we are running out of excuses. When our defense is 100% we are downright scary. We can't control injuries but if right now if we don't learn how to efficiently throw the ball further than 10 yards down the field we are going to be hurting the rest of the season.

Yep! And AP won't be able to do it on his own either. We will need Teddy to throw for at least 250 yards and a couple of TD's. I want to say that with a better OL he shows us how good of a QB he is. But right now he just looks terrible.
