Obviuosly a translation issue.
But you asked.... Folding shovel, folding saw, folding table, most anything that folds or extends.
Closed is not synonimous with locked. Many doors, drawers, lids close but do not lock.
And i will leave it at that. ;-)

I must be old. If I don't hear or see any visible sign of a blade touching a liner, I don't even think about blade centering. Honestly, I have no idea if mine are centered or not. I'm going to go look right now.
