I have a 3 dot 112 that has been customized with horn handles and a little file work on the blade spine, but no nail-nick. Can't be THAT rare if I have one ;-)As mentioned earlier in this thread, Joe Houser's Ranger timeline shows the 3 dot being produced in 1980 and 81, with the addition of a nail nick somewhere in between. Not sure how rare. Here's my one and only 3 dot - it's a tank...
