Buck 119 Pro series

The older 124s don't have the blocky-ish handles and are thinner...

I wish they still made them with that wood color. I like how the 124 looks overall. When I’m more financially stable I hope to have a bunch of different 119s and one of every other fixed blade they make. I’m in love with company… imagine a pro series 124!! I’d buy that next. Pro series Vanguard as well.

Also, The Brahma looked so cool.. I wish they still made the 119 Brahma. I would buy the stacked leather USMC kabar and swap between them for fun to compare them. They’d be so similar yet so different. I’d have a blast comparing the two.

We are so off topic now haha so I just want to say thank you to Buck and especially for the pro series 119 because it made me so happy to receive and open and even happier to own and admire. I can’t wait to use it.. does CJ Buck browse the forums? Also forgive my ignorance but who is Joe Houser? I see him on here a lot and it seems he’s affiliated with Buck?

Cj has posted long before my time. if ya dig back, way back you can find some of his posts.

Joe H. is a Buck family member and was a custom knife maker at Buck and the historian, among other tasks im sure. hes married to Chuck Buck's daughter. so Cjs brother in law. hes retired now and we all miss his contributions and knowledge. a heck of a great knife maker. a legend at Buck, in my mind anyways.

edit part J JCOutdoors we do have Jeff Hubbard who participates here with us from the factory. like a dummy I dont remember his title think in charge of qc and warranty, something like that. sorry Jeff think id know by now. anyways great guy always helping us out on questions and knowledge.
