The only modification i can make to the 560 is to swap out the blade. 
The blades all have nail notches in them already. If you are interested in the blade swap, send me an email and i will give you the details.

AS for the Company Store - Jeff was right. A table full of 560's, both silver and champagne colored handles. And the price is so right I ordered one of each.

For those that aren't aware, the "Company Store" is just the Gift Shop at the factory in El cajon. Call the main number and ask the operator to connect you to the Store. She will be more than happy to help!! One hint - have your credit card handy.....

I been reading your threads and now I want to see one . I been looking allover for a buck 560 and have not found a pic/description yet. I even went into Buck web site But couldnt fine anything on a 560.

I have just got one and WOW what a real beauty,I'm hoping to send mine over the pond to have a new blade and hopefully a thumb stud.I paid £34.00 for mine.a real bargain.the feel is great and wot a looker i hope there will be no problems with geting the work done,I'm talking to Buck at the moment.We don't get to much good stuff over here at great prices so a real great find thank you Buck,And if anybody is thinking about getting one (Don't think to long GET ONE!!!) cheers Blindref
