Buck Collectors Club Inc.

to be on the safe side just send what the application says to send. the membership more than pays for itself. get information packet on dates and codes for the knives. also get a great discount on knives from the buck webstore. and the discount is huge. you will save a lot of knives. 2 knives anyways. along with discount on tshirts, hats, sheaths and other stuff. its worth taking advantage of.

Was wondering. Our BCCI discount doesn't apply to web specials or custom knives but can I use it for a set of Buck cutlery? Was looking at a full set and didn't know if my discount would apply or perhaps just apply if I was buying individual cutlery items? TIA

Badhammer....all I know about it is that when I log on under my BCCI account, even the full kitchen cutlery sets show up with the BCCI price discount.

I've been thinking about a set also. :)

How do you log on under your BCCI account?

Haebbie,

Go to Buck Website, Look at bottom of page, below image of Hoyt Buck. Along the very bottom, over on right side it says - Pro Site
Click on that and do what it says to make your connection.

Duh, I didn't think of that. I've already bought my two knives for this year and just figured it wouldn't show any discount until next year. Wow! That's a nice discount? Guess I know what I'm getting the wife for OUR anniversary next year.

I was already registered on the Buck Website and had ordered from Buck before I was in the collector's club. When I go to the Pro-Site and try to register or try to use the code I was sent to buy a knife off of the site, I get a message saying my email address is already registered and on the check out page when I try to order a standard product knife, the code does not exist.

I would suggest you call Buck or else open up another email account, use Yahoo or something and see if that will work.

Seaplane,

You are not alone, I just opened another email account that I use for just that spot. Of course I used a free site. After that no problems.

Thanks for the heads up. I will have to do that so I don't have to keep bothering Larry for my future purchases! Just got a C-Sar for my nephew's Christmas present and dang if I didn't just give it to him! Now I have to get him something else!

Haha! Dang... so much for the surprise... ;)
You're not alone; I can never keep a surprise secret either. :D

I just got my first (annual) membership and I noticed that the pro site discount is only good for the calendar year. So I have until December 31st 2011 to use my discount and then what happens? If I renew BCCI membership each November I will only have 2 months of discount shopping per year? I was hoping to spread out my purchases.

Are there any Aussie BCCI members? I'd love to join, but wonder about getting items past Customs.

Just got my packet in the mail and I am very excited. How do I go about getting a newsletter, there wasn't one in my packet.

they send out the newsletters a little bit after one is printed up. you can also check out the newsletters on the bcci site.

Hi everyone, I just joined the BCCI, and after logging in I noticed that on the website there is a list of the BCCI club knives that are still available, but no pictures or descriptions of them. Is there any link on the website with this information? I can't seem to find it if there is... Any help is much appreciated, thanks!

I believe you'll have to look at the year of the knife, then go back to newsletter archives for that period. You should find each knife in one of the newsletters for that particular year.

BCCI club knives that are still available!

I see that you are located in the NE. Not a problem. Just attend any show with BCCI representation and see these knives in person. For example, jet in or otherwise get yourself to Eugene, Oregon the middle of this very month and attend OKCA. There you will find highly desirable Buck knives beyond your wildest dreams including club knives. Really. Welcome to the club.
