We've teamed up with Buck Knives to create, what we feel is the best possible version of the Buck 110. What we've created is the Buck 110 Ultimate Hunter; it features a S30V drop point blade, nickel silver bolsters, Cherrywood handle, pewter Buck inlay, and a distressed leather belt sheath.

Let us know your thoughts on this combination. We are always interested in hearing input from the guys who put these knives to use or who just like to collect them.

I like the drop point. Think maybe G10 scales would hold up to hard use better and not stain.

Thumb stud and some finger jimping on the back of the blade maybe, not everyone will be happy with a combination of course.

Me like. Where can I oggle one? I'm going to presume it will be out of my price range. (Custom Shop price area, is my guess.)

Currently all of these are in our store in Marinette Wisconsin. The price as shown is $99.95. That price also qualifies you for free shipping within the US.

That combination really is stunning. I absolutely love every single feature on this knife, from the s30v drop point blade to the nickel silver bolsters and rivets. The price is the icing on the cake.

Eric, it's great. I'll be ordering one also. Would like to see it with different handle material though like maybe G10, micarta, or some type of carbon fiber. In fact, a burgundy micarta would be perfect.

I think a bit better designed Lochsa would be a great way to go.
Belt clip
similar scales
Better thumb stud ergos.

No nail nic on this one?

IT looks a lot like the current Chairman series 110 but that's mostly due to the scale material and bolsters. I like it but wouldn't mind seeing a finger groove version as well. Good job DLT!

My question from the viewpoint of a collector is how many will be made, or is it an open ended production depending on sales?

To get our own configuration we had to buy 300 of this model. When these sell out we will not do the same version again, we would choose a different combination.

I like it. The only thing I would add is a nail nick. These are handy when your hands are cold or slippery.

Hammer, yes it does look like the Chairman handle with a S30V drop point blade. Similar to the club's paperstone offering 2 years ago. Finger grooves are easy to put on it with a round file. Then smooth it out with sandpaper. For you gents that missed out on that one,--- here's your second chance. Just some heavier than the club offering. Still, it will work fine. DM
