Buck Hatchets

Imported 757 Axe in yellow. These also came in standard black and less common red.
A blue handled one was shown on here years ago, probably a prototype.

never seen the red or yellow til this thread, only have the black one...I like this yellow best...but a blue one might bump the banana yellow hatchet from its top spot in my head.

I had one of those 757's.

It quickly became a throwing axe as I tossed it.
That's an axe? Really?

jbmonkey jbmonkey Here is the link to a picture of the blue 757 from 2014 by dctex99. It is the only one I have ever seen.
thanks Roger
...yep like blue best now....and copied and adding that fellas pic to this thread...since this is the hatchet thread now, for completeness.....

I never knew those existed. I can’t believe they went with yellow instead of white. Red White and Blue would have been cool.

jbmonkey jbmonkey Thanks for posting the thrower.
Roger flagged it....I didnt even know red and yellow existed until this thread...then Roger with his super Buck knowledge comes along......and says blue and found the post with it.......

thanks to Roger and FuzzyBuck who posted the imports first in this thread...

yep white would be kinda cool......

Yeah I caught that and re edited my post. thanks Roger for finding that picture. Hard to believe there was only 1 blue one. I wonder were it is now?

Another rare Buck Axe. A very rare axe with the full wrap micarta handle that encloses the handle frame. When Buck switched to micarta about 1971 they did the full wrap only for the first month or two. I've only seen a few.

I'm in jeopardy of losing my Buck Lover credentials. I didn't even know Buck made hatchets in the past!
