Did you buy the watch to go with the knife or vice versa?

I had my eye on that watch for well over a year and it finally went on sale. BOTM came out shortly after. A coincidence but I would have purchased each anyway.

It has two cut functions - one for every stroke when I cut up a deer or duck and one for every time I cut myself!

Some great time pieces and knives. My first Seiko was a graduation present in 1978 and I’ve been wearing them ever since. My preference is for the kinetic models with a minimum of buttons, stems, knobs, etc. I wear this Velatura model every day and have been for at least 4-5 years.

The knife is of course a Buck/Strider 880 spear point in 154CM. It’s a tank!
