Yea I can't spend $20 or $30 on a bead, a polished 5/16 nut looks good too
.I didn't know the expedition was so popular, mine has been thru hell and back and hasn't given me a bit of problems, that's y I was so happy to find it. There's nothing wrong with spending a chunk of money on a nice watch but I would destroy it if I tried.
My last band I had to cut off cause like a dummy I reached in to loosen an alternator tensioner bolt with it on and it got caught.
So I'm not gentle.

^346 and 214 and 218 accutrons. all tuning fork movements....
^347 and 218 accutrons and my grandfather's in this bunch. he painted the hands red so he could still read time easily as he got older....this is my favorite. he wore it ever since I was around til he died.
