Buck Knives and Food

I consider coffee food. :)

Here is a Boone & Crockett Buck 110 with my 1940's Davy Crockett coffee cup.

So.... I went into the hospital saturday for collarbone surgery, and escaped today! :D
But last night they gave me roast beef for dinner, and a DULL knife with only one good arm to eat....
My gal had already gone home for the night to feed the animals etc....
Thank goodness I smuggled in a 309 companion, because that sharp blade was the only thing that helped me cut that dinner up....lol

Nice picture Chris and glad to hear you are back at home where you can work on recovery. Best wishes to you.

Thanks James!
I am very glad to be home....they used bone from my leg to fix my collarbone. And also a metal plate with 7 screws.
Metal detectors are going to love me now.....hahaha

Everything is better when you are at home with your favorite Buck knife in your pocket :D
this evening that is the 830. Now I just need to find some food to cut with it :)

One of the great things about living in Florida this time of year is….still harvesting vegetables out of the garden. (okay….most of the summer in Florida is not that great) :)

I used my old two dot 110 to do the honors. It has basically been my only EDC for several months now.

Chris….glad to hear you are home again.:thumbup:

One my American friend ;) sent me this hunting knife as a gift some years ago.
And I like it very much, I do not usually use it when hunting , but I love sometimes to play with this knife , and give it some light work, as it has CPM S30V steel blade, and a comfortable shape of blade, it cuts very aggressively and can easily cut off carilages and veins.

Garryale, that is an awesome folding Kalinga! I have the less expensive other version of that folder and love it!

Wow, a Buck picture thread I can finally post in.

Home made chicken soup, with home made bread. The 102 dismantled the chicken and chopped all the veggies,
