Wasn't that originally Paul Bos, and didn't he work with Buck for several years on heat treating?

Yes,apparently they use the process from my research. Lol,Strider has been known to stretch the truth a tad.Peters does the heat treat for Strider knives evidently. Check out the 1:40 point in this video.
