Interested in the knife. How old is it, what has it been used for?

Hello, the knife has not been used for anything by me, great shape. As for the age, I would guess less than 5 or 6 years old. Buck changed the steel on these to a less expensive 420 I believe. This model was superior because of the bos heat treating and the use of ats34. Super strong and holds an edge longer. I will ship it to Austrailia, however you must assume the liability, and pay the additional shipping. If anything "happens" to it , it does'nt blow back on me. Just as long as that's understood , I have no problem shipping it to you. Thanks for your interest. One more thing , the blade is stamped ats34 and BOS.

Knifeshark, I've just looked into the customs issue - it seems the process for doing things the right way takes somewhere around 3 weeks.:mad:
